| As a Trustee of Penn Yan I need to report that the information for the employees for our employees are incomplete. The 26 Municipal Utilities Workers are not included. Also you only list three of the Trustees (one of which is the Mayor), leaving out the other four. How do you get the information? How can we help to more this accurate? | | |

| As noted in the data notes, "New York county, city, town, village, and special district government data, as provided by the state comptroller's office, include names and total pay (including overtime and other extras) for all employees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009." The information is gleaned from reports filed with the state pension system. We would be happy to work with you to help present the most accurate data possible, please email us at info@seethroughny.net. | | | |
