SeeThroughNY is a web portal -- and more.  It's designed to become the hub of a statewide network through which taxpayers can share, analyze and compare data from counties, cities, towns, villages, school districts and public authorities throughout New York.

The most recent legislative expenditure reports and complete recent payrolls for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the New York State Thruway Authority have been added to SeeThroughNY.

In addition to legislative expenditure reports and state and public authority payrolls, SeeThroughNY provides access to:

   •teacher union contracts 
    and superintendents' 
    contracts for nearly all 
    of the state's 733 school 
    districts and BOCES 
    districts; and
   •state legislative member-item
    grants.
